About Us:
We are a family owned business in Ohio. Our storefront is located inside the Hartville MarketPlace. We handcraft "glow in dark" ornaments. Our customers can also find us on e-Bay and etsy.com.
Our goal is to EXCEED your expectations with quality handcrafted merchandise at reasonable prices, along with fast delivery and courteous service. We currently have a 100% positive feedback ratings on e-Bay, etsy.com and from our storefront customers. Not because we're perfect but because we believe in 100% customer satisfaction and we're more than willing to own up to our mistakes.
Meet Our Crew:
GOD, our master guide and advisor
LAURA is founder and owner, opened the store in October 2007. She takes a hands on approach which allows her to be involved in every aspect of the store.
BOB is our industrial engineer. Thanks to him, our storefront never looked so good.
CARL works in our purchasing and shipping department. His dedication to quality customer service and his leadership is an invaluable asset to the store.
JAASON is our graphic engineer. He also helps with sales and inventory.
Store Policies:
TURN AROUND TIME:
We are currently on a 72 hours turn-around time on all orders. Orders are printed once per day.
SHIPPING:
We ship via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day service) unless other previous arrangements have been made. We ship Monday through Friday, unless it's a holiday week.
COMPLAINTS, PROBLEMS, ETC:
As we stated above, we currently have a 100% positive feedback on e-Bay, etsy.com and with our storefront customers. We have this not because we are perfect and have never made mistakes, but because when we do make a mistake we make good of them. So, if you have a problem or complaint, please contact us within 7days and allow us the opportunity to work something out with you. We do take customer satisfaction very seriously and will do our very best to work something out to both of our mutual satisfaction.
INSURANCE:
We strive to make sure your order reaches you safely, but do not have any control over the handling of your package in transit. Please remember, postal insurance is always available and highly recommended.
Even though all our ornaments are made from 100% licensed prints, we want to make sure that you are not confused, mistaken or deceived that the legal owners of the numerous trademarks, service marks, and/or word and design marks featured in our ornaments have sponsored, authorized or approved these items; or that some affiliation exists between us and the above mentioned legal owners.
